The armor has 3 components. The base armor, the symbol, and the seal. The base armor requires a very simple quest from the Tradeskill Quest NPC in your home town and usually involves a low level, maybe 15-20, area where you kill some trash for basic drops and turn them in for a book of cultural armor.

1 post When I try to get the task for the first book I am asked to kill 20 adult elephants in SK and 10 Ton Warriors, problem is that in 2 hours in SK with a tracker I found ZERO elephants of any kind. The only quests available with the Dragons of Norrath expansion are those to acquire the starting material to make the cultural armors that are available with the DoN expansion. Do not confuse these with "old" cultural, which involves no questing and has blue diamonds as a primary ingredient. That is completely different.

The first 4 sets are available once the server has unlocked Dragons of Norrath and uses game wide ore/pelt drops, the remaining sets become available as expansions open.
