Dishonored 2 is an excellent game with very poor optimisation. Watch dogs 2 seems to be a goodish game and will likely have optimisation problems as well (being an ubisoft title) but certainly not as severe as D2. If you have a beefy pc i suggest you go with dishonored 2 as the 1.2 patch improved things a bit. Dishonored 2 is clearly the better.
