1949 : construction du premier téléski au Grand-Ballon, à partir d'éléments de l'ancien tramway de la ville de Mulhouse. 1970 : achat de la première dameuse du Grand-Ballon. 1982 : construction du Téléski du Grand-Ballon II, le long du tracé du Grand-Ballon I, afin d'augmenter le débit horaire de l'épine dorsale de la station.
