1 1/2 oz Glen Grant Scotch
1/2 oz @stgeorgespirits
NOLA Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz cream blended with fruity pebbles (cereal milk!)
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
1-2 oz soda water
Dry shake (with out ice) all ingredients except soda water. Add ice and shake for a good 3-4 minutes. Strain into a glass and slowly top with soda water and sprinkle.
