Nice little restaurant in Gulf Gate in Sarasota, Florida. We had a 6:30 reservation and arrived early. Very welcoming, Olga happily sat us down and took our drink orders. Marco, chef and owner with Olga, brought everyone a nice sample of bruschetta. Very good. We had the Burratta as an appetizer, excellent.

We ordered the bruschetta classica, the bruschetta with pesto shrimp, the cheese arancini ball, and the tiramisu for dessert. To drink, we ordered the sangria and Prosecco mojitos. All of our food was flavorful and delicious!! The indoor dining area is beautiful and charming if you choose to dine indoors. The bathrooms were clean and large.

Cut the bread about 1/4″ thick on the bias. Brush with olive oil and grill cut side down for about 5 minutes. Alternately, toast on a baking sheet cut side up in a 400°F degree oven for about 10 minutes. Rub each piece of bread with a cut clove of garlic - this step is important! Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
