Bronzed and Grilled Chicken

Bronzed chicken breast, served with grilled corn cakes, topped with shrimp and mushrooms in a vermouth cream sauce. Mix together & stored in covered glass container in a dark place for several months. Place a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot, about 7 minutes. As soon as the skillet is hot, lightly drizzle each side of each.

Method: Place chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap. Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound gently, but firmly, until the chicken breasts are 1/2-inch thick.
